THIN BRICK SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Hebron Brick is currently seeking a shift supervisor for the second shift in our thin brick sawing department.
Duties include the following:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of plant staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
Prepare and maintain production and shift reports.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of plant employees.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations.
Address and resolve any production or personnel issues promptly.
Ensure effective communication within the plant.
Operate saws and other equipment as needed.
Operate forklift as needed.
Adjust and maintain saws for accuracy and quality.
Perform quality control checks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Hours of employment:
- Monday thru Thursday
- 11:30 am to 10:00 pm
Wage Rate:
- Starting at $27.95 per hour
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Wear steel toe shoes
